Open the yarn and with the netted side of yarn, fold over so there are two to three nets lined up. Push the crochet hook thru the nets and then continue adding more onto the crochet hook. 10 to 15 groups are about the best your scarf will come out approximately 64 inches in length. After hooking up to 10 or 15, with your hook grab the last loop and carefully pull through all the loops then bind the group with one more loop making a single crochet. Then go onto the next loop and gather another 10 to 15 loops, pull through to one loop bind off and continue doing this until you have used all the material.
Save a long enough tail to pull through the last loop then knot it and cut off excess material. That's it!
For children sizes you can make two scarves out of one skein. Children really love these scarves!
